Directions to Property

The Resort is located on Nacula Island in the Yasawa island chain, in the "blue lagoon", which is 47 nautical miles from the main island of Viti Levu. The resort is reached by a boat service or Heli The Boat leaves for the resort at 8.30am and will depart for the mainland 12.30 pm daily. Heli transfers are available from Island Hoppers with a flight time of 40 mins and luggage allowance of 15 KG per person.

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT - To secure a booking a 10% deposit is required at time of booking. FULL PAYMENT - Due 40 days prior to arrival. CHILD POLICY: 0-4 yrs meals, accommodation, and boat transfer free of charge - please note Yasawa Flyer and helicopter transfers will incur charges from 2yrs+. 5-12 yrs - Child rates apply 13+ yrs considered adults SSC Transfers: Fuel Surcharge applies to all Yasawa Flyer transfers to and from Nadi, fee is payable direct at checkin or onboard with South Sea Cruises Should disruption of travel due to border closures/quarantine occur prior to arrival bookings are held in credit for 12 months on a rebooking status, This will allow you to rebook your stay with no additional cancellation or amendment fees, 3rd party transfers and meals may be subject to rate increases 1 April Refer to below cancellation policy should you wish to cancel. BOOKING PROMOTIONS please ensure when selecting a promotion this is best suited to you, no exchanges or refunds for the value will be offered once final payment is made. DELIVERY POLICY An electronic receipt will be issued to you after each deposit and/or final payment. This Receipt is proof of purchase. - CREDIT CARD: 2.9% fee applies on credit card transactions - INTERNATIONAL/DIRECT BANK TRANSFER: incurs an NZD$25 receival fee on all international wires. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Premature Departure or No Shows – No Refund. All cancellations must be received in writing. COVID-related cancellation inside 14 Days of arrival we allow a rebook for a future stay. Between 0 - 40 Days prior to arrival – 100% Cancellation Fee. Between 41+ non refundable - 10% Cancellation fee 81+ deposit fully refundable RESORT BOAT Change of mind or Cancellation Within 48 hours of travel or No Show - 100% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing Please note no residual refunds are available for any unused components after travel has commenced Blue Lagoon Beach Resort is not responsible for any variation in exchange rates that may occur through the period of your reservation and arrival. Any Government taxes are mandatory and passed on. TRANSFERS to the Resort is offered by a third-party supplier. In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from utilising the pre-arranged transfers or delays, cancellations and alterations arise affecting travel plans these are outside of the Resorts control, all efforts will be made to advise the most effective alternative options available to you, some extra costs may be incurred. INSURANCE Travel can be affected by weather, delays, and other unforeseeable events. Travel insurance is compulsory to cover any COVD and any issues that may arise while traveling outside of your home country. In the event there are circumstances outside of the property's control will offer refunds for accommodation, meals or transfers missed. INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS do not offer full refunds should you need to make cancel or make changes to your travel plans. Island Travel Network is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations or changes to airline scheduling. Further Terms and Conditions will be listed on your chosen airline ticket and subject to the airline's final rulings. All parties must hold a valid government-issued passport on check-in with a min 6-month validity, this is the responsibility of the passport holder, not Island Travel Network. Name changes or any amendments to issues tickets will result in an admin fee of $50 and additional airfare if required You will be issued with an Electronic Ticket within 24 hours of your payment being received, please check details are correct at the time of receiving tickets failure to do so may result in additional change fees. Blue Lagoon Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking which does not comply with our Terms and Conditions and may be subject to loss of deposit.
